Ingredients

  • 4tbsp Desiccated Coconut
  • 3tsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • 2tsp Coconut Oil
  • 3tbsp Rude Health Sprouted Spelt Flour
  • 1tbsp Raisin and Cranberry Mix

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 180˚c.
  • In a bowl combine all ingredients.
  • Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease it with some coconut oil.
  • Spoon the mix out into 4 piles.
  • Bake in the oven for 10mins.
  • Leave to cool.
  • Munch away!!
