Hi, we’re Twice the Health,

otherwise known as E and H.

Whilst our matching outfits, and blonde bouncing ponytails may trick you quick, we’re actually not related, we’re simply the very best of friends! We actually met in our first year of uni, finding matching interest in culinary delights, and a passion for strength whilst studying in Cardiff.

We began TTH after landing ourselves a very last minute spot to run the London Marathon. With just twelve weeks to train we encountered all kinds of problems, but in true TTH fashion, we made it through and completed the 2015 Virgin London Marathon in time we remain incredibly proud of. From then on out there was no stopping us!

We’ve since tackled numerous marathons, a number of ultra marathons, and 70.3 and full Ironman triathlons between us. We’ve run the Grand Canyon rim to rim, scrambled along The Great Wall of China, and run The Great Ocean Road!

We also run our UK wide run clubs, @wearerunnersuk. You can find us all over London, plus a few in other corners of the UK. These are lead by our team of epic pacers, and it’s our proudest project to date!

Our goal is to give you a sense of adventure we spent years chasing. We want to prove to you what you’re really capable of and hope you take from our challenges the motivation you need to make it happen. So many go years without knowing what it really feels to test their bodies, to challenge their minds and to step were so many daren’t go. Our mantra? Don’t be one of them!
