Welcome to our 4-week rolling programme, promised to help you build a great base and prepare you for whatever races or challenges come your way.
Expect progressive programming to help you grow in strength and confidence. Each week you’ll have two strength sessions, and two run sessions with options for differing levels available to anyone, anywhere in the world. There’s also room for your own sessions, should you enjoy cycling, swimming, dancing or hula hooping, we just always suggest you opt for at least one full rest day a week.
This is the programme to help you work towards long term goals, to help you deliver a structure to your training and to ensure you’re strong enough to tackle whatever you set your mind to.
