RunStrong – Lockdown Edition – 4 Week Training Program

This lockdown edition of our @_runstrong_ training program designed by us and coach @bw_commandofitness has been pulled together to deliver 4 weeks of strength and run sessions to suit varying abilities.

All sessions can be done with just a band for equipment, with options for load too.

Within this training programme run sessions are on offer for those training for 5k, those working towards 10-21km, and those working above and beyond 21km. We’ve also designed a progressive strength programme to support you run, with differing structures for those working at a lower volume. On top of this we’ve thrown in some mobility, and run prep sessions to keep you moving well and free from ? injury.

We have designed this with you in mind, to create a community amongst the chaos and help keep you motivated during the madness.
