• 2 chicken breasts
  • 1tsp sesame oil
  • 1tbsp sesame seeds
  • 100g bulgur wheat
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 50g spinach
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2 lime wedges


  • Pre heat oven to 180°c.
  • Place chicken breasts on a baking tray, drizzle over sesame oil and sprinkle on the sesame seeds. Bake for 15-20mins, or until cooked through and golden.
  • Place the bulger wheat into a pan and toast for 2-3mins.
  • Cover the bulgur wheat in boiling water and return to the heat to cook. Once cooked and all the water has gone, turn down the heat and add the peas and spinach then. Keep stirring until warm through. Season to taste!
  • Serve sesame chicken on top of the veg and bulgur wheat mix, then garnish with a wedge of lime.
