• 1 Pip and Nut Jar
  • 1tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 50g Oats
  • 1tsp Cacao Powder
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1tsp honey
  • 70ml Milk (I used Rude Health Almond Drink)


  • Once you have 1 almost empty jar of peanut butter (about 1tbsp) DO NOT wash it out!
  • Add all ingredients to the jar and fill to the brim with milk.
  • Stir well, then put the lid on a give it a good shake!
  • Place in fridge overnight and eat cold the next morning. You can heat it up if you would like.
